Solutions Injection Moulding (SIM)
Established in 2003, SIM is an injection moulding company based in the North East of England, predominately servicing the automotive, oil & gas and medical industry.
Spotting an opportunity for the production of small injection mouldings, Ray Liddell founded the company.
SIM has the same values and benefits that are even more present today, 20 years later, with regard to working efficiently, ethically and producing as little waste as possible.
In 2021 Ray fulfilled a lifetimes ambition of adding a fully capable, on-site toolroom to support the manufacture all the company’s mould tool requirements.
The Toolroom Ltd (TTR) has full CNC Mill, Spark Erosion, Wire Erosion, Turning and Grinding capability alongside a comprehensive CAD CAM system. The Toolroom Ltd also works fully independently within all industrial sectors.

Our moulding capability ranges from 9 tonne to 100 tonne injection moulding machines with all the relevant ancillary equipment to support maximum volume production, including robotics by Sepro.
